Private Event Space Rental

The Boulder Elks Lodge #566 was established in 1900 and was originally located at the corner of Spruce & 13th Street in downtown Boulder. We actually opened our 1st lodge before the
Hotel Boulderado opened in 1908.

Today, the Boulder Elks Lodge & Events Center (BELEC) is a 30,000 sq. ft. facility on 28th Street in North Boulder.

We recently renovated the main Ballroom and meeting spaces, including installing a brand new 3,000+ sq. ft. dance floor (spring loaded to ease impact on your body). Our upgraded facility is now available to rent for private events for 10 – 1,000 people:

We offer affordable rates for meeting space and free on-site parking for each event. Food is currently available through our caterer or yours. We allow guests to use our kitchen space for their own food prep as needed (additional fee).

The Boulder Elks has full liquor license to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your event.
Please do not plan to bring outside alcohol into events as it would violate our insurance coverage of your event.

BELEC is conveniently located in a wooded setting just off 28th St. next to the City of Boulder
“Elks Park” that has playground equipment, a zip line for kids and ample room for outdoor activities.
